For children 1st-6th grade, Faith Family’s Children’s Ministry features a wide variety of Bible studies, worship gatherings, activities, and extracurricular events designed to capture their attention and lead their heart to Christ. A preteen ministry, comprised of 5th and 6th graders, prepares our students for the transition into the Student Ministry. Every person working with minors is carefully selected and undergoes a background check to ensure the safety of all.
On Sundays, there is Sunday School for children in 1st-6th grades. We use the Gospel Project, a Christ-centered chronological Bible study full of engaging activities and wonderful music that leads the children to worship God.
After Sunday School, children in 1st-5th grades join their families for a short time in corporate worship. They are dismissed to a fun and age appropriate teaching time with our Children’s Pastor, Ernie Billings. Feel free to join your child their first week to see what they are learning! Kids Church is held in Studio 3:16 in the Family Life Center. NOTE: Kids Church will not be held on the third Sunday of the month.
AWANA, a program filled with Scripture memory, recreation time, games, and activities, takes place on Sunday nights during the school year. Preschool and children participate in AWANA.
